The Central Bureau of Investigation on Thursday moved an application in a special court in Lucknow, seeking permission to conduct lie detection test on former minister Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiya in connection with killing of Kunda Deputy Superintendent of police Zia-ul-Haq.
It is that of one Santosh Misra, the police said.
Raja Bhaiyya had been arrested during Bahujan Samaj Party leader Mayawati's reign in November 2002 and held under POTA.
